Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in data engineering or software development with exposure to data platforms and pipelines.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience; built and operated teams of engineers and analysts.
• Experience with hiring, mentoring, upskilling, and performance management.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of the software and data delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and delivery leadership to the data engineering, QA, data analysts, and Dynamics 365 teams.
• Own and enforce coding standards, PR review policies, testing practices, and branching strategies.
• Drive data quality, governance, and platform reliability including data cataloguing and lineage tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver data initiatives on time.
• Foster growth and accountability through mentoring and performance management.
