Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking a Data Engineer Manager to join our Data & AI practice. You will define enterprise data strategies, architect modern data platforms and lead Data Architects, Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for clients.

The role involves working with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory and Purview, mentoring teams, engaging senior stakeholders and shaping data architecture roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Architecture and Data Engineering.
• Strong Azure Data & Analytics experience including Fabric.
• Knowledge of data governance, security and Purview.
• Proven leadership of large transformation programmes.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Architect data platforms using Fabric, Azure Databricks, Synapse and Data Factory.
• Lead architecture reviews and technology selection.
• Mentor Data Architects and Engineers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape data strategy.
