Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Engineer Manager in London to lead data architecture initiatives, shaping enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Synapse and Power BI. The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on design across data lakes, warehouses and governance.

You will mentor teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive transformation programmes in a challenging, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Architecture/Engineering or Technology Architecture.
• Strong enterprise experience with Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and large-scale programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data strategies, target architectures and roadmaps.
• Architect modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• Design scalable data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses and integration.
• Provide data governance, security and metadata lineage using Purview.
• Lead architecture reviews and influence key stakeholders.
• Mentor Data Architects and Engineers; support client delivery and proposals.
• Build relationships with clients and Microsoft partners.
