Due to exciting growth plans, we are now looking for a Data Engineering Manager to join the growing Engineering Practice.

The Engineering Practice provides comprehensive data platforms and engineering pipelines leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.

Lead and support delivery teams by ensuring exceptional outcomes for a range of industry-leading clients. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer who enjoys strategic engagement while remaining hands-on across all areas of Data Engineering.

We are looking for:

• Demonstrable data engineering skills, with a focus on delivering solutions in Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience designing and delivering data solutions in Fabric, Azure Databricks, or Azure Synapse
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with senior stakeholders
• A proven track record of managing and leading small teams
• Some consulting experience
