Do you possess strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills? If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Data and Analytics role in Mars Pet Nutrition (PN). PN is a vibrant category within the FMCG sector.

As part of our Digital First initiative, which centers pet parents and digitalizes business processes, we are seeking a leader to drive this transformation. The role involves developing and maintaining data pipelines and storage solutions, collaborating globally across finance and master data teams, and leading a team of data and analytics professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor data engineers and DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
2. Data Asset Delivery: Oversee end-to-end data product delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
3. DataOps and Optimization: Implement DataOps practices, automate pipelines, and enhance operational efficiency.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on data engineering best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
5. Standardization and Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies, promote data quality, and optimize pipeline performance.
