I am representing a global tech company driven by innovation, seeking a talented Data Engineer to join their cutting-edge team. This is a FULLY REMOTE role but may require occasional travel to their London office.

You will work on exciting projects and lead the development of a new data platform.

They are looking for intelligent, self-motivated & resourceful problem solvers—someone who can identify issues and work through the best solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering or analytics engineering, with a proven record of building and optimizing complex data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern data stack tools, including Airbyte, dbt (MUST HAVE), Snowflake, and AWS.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and warehousing best practices.
• Experience with software engineering principles, including version control (GitHub).
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience with PowerBI and version control tools.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ELT pipelines from various sources.
• Build and maintain a robust Data Platform using Airbyte, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with teams to design data models and workflows for decision-making and analytics.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data engineering.
• Modernize outdated code and improve data stack efficiency.
• Implement data governance policies for quality, access, and classification.
