Job summary

Corndel in London is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build and run data pipelines and integrations across our reporting environment. You will work with Boomi and Azure services, ensuring robust, scalable data flows between core systems.

You will also provide technical oversight of SQL development, contribute to data governance, and help shape the future data platform using modern architectures. This hybrid role offers a supportive, inclusive culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience designing, building and supporting data pipelines and integrations.
• Experience with Azure integration and data services (ADF, Logic Apps, Functions).
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
• Knowledge of medallion architecture and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines ingesting data into reporting environments.
• Develop and maintain data integrations using Boomi and point-to-point integrations.
• Use Azure services (ADF, Logic Apps, Functions) for data flows.
• Work with APIs, webhooks and file transfers to move data between systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and document pipelines and integrations.
