Job summary

Eastlight Community Homes Limited is actively seeking a Data Engineer to join on a permanent, full-time basis. You will design, develop and maintain data pipelines, models and warehouses to support reporting and analytics across the business.

You will collaborate with Digital, Data, Performance and operations teams to transform complex data needs into scalable solutions that improve decision-making and customer services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data engineering, BI development and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing skills (Kimball/Star Schema).
• Experience building and managing data pipelines and centralised data warehouses.
• Proven experience with cloud data platforms (AWS & Azure).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Housing sector experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, integrations and data warehouse solutions.
• Create reusable data models and datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Deliver insight and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting capability.
• Promote data best practice using AWS services across Eastlight.
