The Law Society is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Data and AI team at a pivotal stage of our data transformation journey. You will design and develop data products on our Azure Databricks-based platform, ensuring data is ingested, transformed, governed and made available for analytics, reporting and operations.

You will promote performance, scalability and data literacy across the organisation, work with cross‑functional partners, and contribute to a culture of trust and excellence.

Competenze

• Extensive experience with Azure data stack including Azure Databricks and Data Factory.
• Proficiency in designing data models and ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architectures (DBT).
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools (Tableau or Qlik).
• Strong programming skills in Python / PySpark / SQL.
• Commitment to good engineering/DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
