Job summary

We are supporting a major programme and are seeking multiple experienced professionals to join a large-scale data and service transformation initiative. Opportunities are available across a range of disciplines, offering the chance to work on high-profile projects that directly support critical public services.

We're interested in professionals with experience in:

• Leading complex service transitions, programme delivery, governance, RAID management, stakeholder engagement, and supplier onboarding within live operational environments.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, service design, operating model development, stakeholder management, and organisational change.
• Designing, building, supporting, and improving data pipelines and data platforms using technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, and related modern data tooling.
• Management Information, reporting, dashboard development, Power BI, data visualisation, data quality improvement, and business adoption of data products.
• Advanced analytics, modelling, and data science projects, turning complex datasets into actionable insights and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
• Portfolio support functions including planning, reporting, governance, risk and issue management, and programme controls.
• Data governance, assurance, quality management, technical oversight, and subject matter expertise across complex data environments.
• Change and adoption initiatives, user engagement, training, business readiness, and operational handover activities.
