A leading consultancy is seeking a Data Engineer / Architect for a 3-month contract focused on a significant data migration project. With a daily rate of up to £640, the role requires NPPV3 and SC clearance and offers primarily remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure Data Factory and Synapse, among other key qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Data Engineer / Architect in enterprise scale organizations.
• Active NPPV3 and SC clearance required.
• Demonstrable experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data migration efforts where applicable.

Up to £640 per day (Outside IR35)

Primarily Remote

3 month initial contract

I am currently working with a leading consultancy who are looking for an NPPV3 and SC cleared Data Engineer / Architect to work on a large data migration project, utilising Azure Data Factory and Synapse, for a widely known end client.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as Data Engineer / Architect within large Enterprise Scale organisation
• Must hold Active NPPV3 clearance and Active SC clearance
• Demonstrable experience using Azure Data Factory (ETL) and Azure Synapse
• Strong working knowledge of HLD, figuring out requirements and developing for implementation

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
• Experience in leading large data migration projects (ETL)
