You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, transforming data from multiple sources and translating business requirements into high-quality data products and reporting solutions. A key part of the role will be developing Power BI dashboards using a conformed data model within Databricks, ensuring that business logic, underlying data and reporting outputs remain fully aligned.

You will work closely with wider IT, IIM and IDA stakeholders, helping to drive a more data-centric approach across the team and supporting colleagues in adopting modern data engineering and analytical practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency and traceability between business requirements, data models and visualisations.
  • Extract, consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources to support project and business requirements.
  • Analyse technical and engineering documentation and identify relevant data and information.
  • Produce data analysis that highlights key issues, trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records across databases, systems and spreadsheets.
  • Work closely with wider IT, IIM and IDA stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures and systems through better use of data.
  • Support the wider team in developing data skills and adopting more data-centric ways of working.
  • Take ownership of processes and proactively identify and resolve Configuration Management issues.
  • Support project milestones through effective analysis, planning and delivery.
