Job summary

Solvex Solutions in the United Kingdom is urgently seeking 2 Data Engineers to bolster the data capabilities of the Accounts platform. You will build and maintain Snowflake-based data solutions, pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data services.

The role requires hands-on Snowflake, SQL, Python/PySpark and DBT experience, with strong AWS cloud proficiency (DMS, Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudFormation). You will work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Snowflake hands-on experience required.
• DBT and ETL/ELT development experience.
• Solid data modelling understanding.
• Experience with modern cloud data engineering.
• AWS services: DMS, Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudFormation.
• Understanding of data security and governance.
• IaC experience, preferably Terraform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Job description

We are urgently looking for 2 strong Data Engineers to support the data capabilities of the Accounts platform. The main focus will be on building and maintaining Snowflake-based data solutions, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data services.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Snowflake, SQL, Python/PySpark and DBT, with good experience working in AWS cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
