Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a data engineer to own complex data pipelines for defence projects, delivering production-grade solutions and expanding expertise across modern data platforms.

You will work onsite in Newcastle upon Tyne with regular UK travel to client sites, applying strong SQL and Python skills, Spark/Databricks and cloud experience to design, implement and QA data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python expertise.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Data modelling, orchestration and quality assurance.
• Experience with distributed computing and cloud platforms.

Take ownership of complex data engineering challenges across Defence consultancy projects, developing production-grade solutions and expanding your technical expertise across modern data platforms.

What you will need
