Are you passionate about data and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment? We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our dynamic WPS Business team, supporting a portfolio of contracts across Local Government, Housing Associations, and the private sector.

This is more than just a technical role - it's your chance to shape how we use data to drive smarter decisions, improve operational efficiency, and deliver outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborating with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operational teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining data models, reports, and integrations across systems.
  • Leading testing and implementation of data reports and system changes.
  • Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Driving continuous improvement in data engineering practices and documentation.
What You'll Bring
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query) and strong Power BI experience.
