Job summary

Data Careers is seeking a DV Cleared Data Engineer for a London-based defence data platform project. This 6-month contract role focuses on building and sustaining data pipelines within a busy consultancy environment.

You will work onsite in London (4 days a week) with a daily rate of £700–£800 inside IR35, contributing to a critical data ecosystem for an established programme.

Qualifications

• DV clearance is required for this role.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using modern data tooling.
• Strong Python experience and cloud technologies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve data pipelines on the existing platform.
• Collaborate with the tech consultancy to support defence programme needs.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and performance across ingestion, processing and delivery.
