Data Engineer - Saga
Salary up to £40,000
Full-Time - 35 hours per week
Permanent
Hybrid - London, Kings Cross or Folkestone, Enbrook
Are you a hands-on data specialist passionate about turning data into valuable insights? We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Data Engineer to join our growing team and support the development of our Single Customer View (SCV) platform.
In this role, you’ll use your technical and analytical expertise to gather, structure, and transform data from source systems, making it accessible, trustworthy, and impactful for analytics users across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality, building robust pipelines, and supporting our broader data strategy.
This role would be ideal for someone with a background in data analysis who has some hands-on experience in data engineering, who is now looking to deepen their technical skills in a modern, cloud-based data environment. If you’ve worked with SQL, dabbled in Python, and are eager to move further into areas like data pipelines, cloud platforms, and CI/CD, we’d love to support your development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience in data engineering, contribute to meaningful business decisions, and help shape the future of data at Saga.
We work in a hybrid way at Saga, both at home and in the office. When you do come into the office, it’ll be with a real purpose in mind – to meet with your team, to work together, and of course to socialise and celebrate too!
