DV Cleared Data Engineer – AWS / Python / Spark – London or Hybrid – £65,000 – £95,000 + Bonus

We’re representing a leading consultancy delivering high-impact digital and data transformation projects within secure government and defence environments. They are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Data Engineer to join their expanding team working across complex, mission-critical programmes.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy production-grade data pipelines from ingestion through to consumption using AWS, Python, Spark, and SQL
• Build and manage data lakes and warehouses using AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, DynamoDB
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Work in cross-functional agile teams alongside architects, engineers, and product specialists
• Contribute to solution design and mentor junior team members

What you’ll need

• Active DV clearance (Developed Vetting) – essential
• Solid experience in data engineering or software engineering
• Hands-on experience with AWS data and analytics services
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
