Job summary

Jefferson Frank partners with a private equity-backed firm investing heavily in data and technology. The Data Engineer will design, build and optimize scalable data pipelines and platforms to enable enterprise-wide analytics and reporting in a modern cloud environment, based in hybrid Manchester.

Joining at the start of a greenfield journey, you will influence technical direction, establish best practices and collaborate with senior leadership on a data strategy and the Microsoft Fabric roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Engineer in modern cloud data environments.
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL and data transformation practices.
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architectures.
