KPay Group is seeking a Strategy & Finance Associate to support its UK and EU expansion. You will build financial models, develop business cases, and transform data into commercial decisions in a fast-growth fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in fintech/payments/strategy/investment or consulting; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the financial modelling of the entire UK and EU Expansion.
• Report directly to the Regional team as the analytical backbone of the UK launch.
• Build and own business cases for new initiatives: unit economics, CAC/LTV, payback, pricing models, and profitability projections.
• Conduct market research: gather and analyse data on industry trends, customer needs, commercial prospects, and competitive dynamics in the UK landscape.
• Identify new opportunities: research and evaluate customer segments, verticals, and product developments with commercial potential, validated by numbers.
• Run the analytical and structuring work behind commercial partnerships — reviewing deal terms and stress-testing the financial case.
• Stand up core reporting infrastructure: pipeline reporting, forecasting, and commission analytics.
• Monitor performance: track sales, activations, and market share against plan, and recommend adjustments based on the data.
