Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis with a view towards quality assurance.
• Excellent organisation, time and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extending to C-level.
• Ability to work independently and shape workload backed by data.
• Proficient in Excel and its functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of QA to develop quality assurance strategies for client retention.
• Monitor global inbox to ensure timely responses and actions.
• Track and analyse data to inform decisions improving retention and client journey.
• Optimize CRM performance through verification, testing and reporting.
