We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Disposition Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in leading data assessment, planning, and execution for site closure activities, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient data disposition, archiving, retirement, and disposal.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead data planning, documentation, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with legal & regulatory requirements (GMP, GxP, retention policies, etc.).
• Oversee data migration, archiving, and governance frameworks.
• Develop long-term data disposition strategies supporting business continuity.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in data governance, records management, or IT system retirement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and archiving best practices.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
