3. Join our 4-6-week Academy – if you pass, you’re in!
4. Start your tech journey – interview with top companies across finance, media, and telco sectors.

About the Academy:

• 3-hour virtual training sessions (Mon–Fri, 9–12) + practical exercises.
• Learn real-world skills in a supportive environment.
• One-on-one coaching, mentorship & career support.
• Training is free – all we ask is your full commitment.

After the Academy:

• Interview with our partner companies.
• Secure a paid role for 12–24 months with salary increases every year.
• After 12 months, convert to a permanent employee with one of our clients.
