Data Delivery Manager

Are you passionate about using data to drive positive change? A prominent national charity is looking for a skilled Data Delivery Manager to join their Digital Operations Team.

The Role:

As a Data Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the organisation into a leading data-driven entity. You'll enable teams to work more efficiently through improvements in data technology and ensure delivery against key priorities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience with ticketing systems like JIRA or similar work management tools
• Proven track record in measuring team performance and developing meaningful metrics
• Excellence in stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels
• Confidence in suggesting and implementing new ways of working
• Experience in Agile methodologies and running Agile ceremonies
• Ability to coach and mentor team members in applying Agile and Lean techniques
• Skills in creating clear, digestible progress reports for various stakeholders

• Ensure teams deliver on the right priorities and overcome obstacles
• Implement and manage systems to track work, measure impact, and assess costs
• Facilitate planning meetings and encourage continuous improvement
• Introduce new ceremonies to aid delivery and team cohesion
