Job summary

Times Higher Education is seeking a Data Delivery Manager (Data Collection) to oversee the collection of institutional data across rankings. You will coordinate data activities, engage with universities and partners, and lead delivery improvements within a hybrid work model (1–2 days in office).

You will collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering and Validation teams to ensure timely, high-quality data, and you will drive continuous improvement in processes and team capability.

Responsibilities

• Delivery management: accountable for a stage of the rankings delivery lifecycle across multiple rankings.
• Engage with universities, partners and sector representatives to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to improve delivery processes.
• Maintain process documentation, standards and guidance.
• Represent THE's rankings and data products in webinars, presentations and sector events.
• Support team development and coaching where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
