The Role

• Assist in the development of the Data Delivery framework, working closely with the PMO to implement robust governance and financial controls tailored to the organisation’s needs.
• Promote strong collaboration between your team, the broader Data team, the COO team, and key stakeholders.
• Prioritise your team’s tasks according to business requirements, emphasising the delivery of high-impact capabilities with minimal effort and dependencies. Manage the backlog and maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

What you will need

• Demonstrated experience in managing Delivery/Project Management teams
• Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative, etc.
• A solid understanding of key data domain areas, including data governance, architecture, modelling, engineering, delivery, quality, master data, and how data supports analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at once
• Skilled at leading cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and networking skills
