We are currently seeking a Data Coordinator reporting directly to our Project Information Manager to join our IM team based in London or Milton Keynes.

About the mission we offer you:

Working hands-on to assist Engineering and Vendors with the processing of tag attribute data in accordance with requirements defined by class library, tagging spec, and Information Handover Requirements.

  • Assist with coordination and management of attribute data throughout FEED and EPC across multiple engineering applications (e.g. Hexagon and AVEVA)
  • Liaise with Vendors and Sub-contractors as required to promote, explain and ensure compliance with Data Collection requirements to assist and support timely delivery of (electronic) data requirements.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, and execute the day-to-day data collection activities and processes.
  • Promote compliance with the Data Management Plan highlight exceptions and action with data owner.
  • Establish positive and supportive working relationships with all data owners (primarily Engineering, Vendor, Sub-contractor, etc.)

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • EPC Contractor experience with broad understanding of how data is collected, validated, and handed over to client.
  • Good understanding of Aveva and Hexagon tools.
  • Good analytical skills and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Power BI Tag and Attribute related reporting
  • Experienced user of Aveva Engineering
  • Administration of Aveva Engineering
  • Able to create/modify class library (e.g. CFIHOS) applicable to project scope (including Energy Transition projects)


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline or IT, or equivalent work experience in Information Management / Data Management / Systems / IT / Digital
  • Minimum 3 years experience processing engineering / vendor data in FEED/EPC projects
  • Broad understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction project execution is preferred but not essential.
  • High level understanding of modern ISO-15926 / CFIHOS / Digital Execution processes in UK EPC market.
  • Broad understanding of Tagging specifications (e.g. RDS-PP)
  • Commitment to clean and renewable energies in the UK market and abroad.
