Job Title: Data Controller

Location: Chester / Remote Working

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

The hours of work are:

Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm Chester office
Thursday-Friday 8:30am -4:30pm Remote

Due to continued growth at our Chester office, we have an exciting opportunity of Data Controller within our Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  1. Be responsible for ensuring all master data is maintained and managed with a clear focus on data quality.
  2. Update and maintain account information - working in Infor and any legacy systems to manage account data.
  3. Ensure data is maintained in line with company policies and that any changes or discrepancies are identified and updated.
  4. Mitigate business risks.
  5. Manage onboarding process for new customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and key stakeholder communication.
  6. Set up new accounts, including Amber Road checks, ensuring CRM contacts are created.
  7. Maintain product data within eCommerce systems and prepare item data for product registrations and any future solutions.
  8. Update and maintain item data in line with new launches and any changes as required.
  9. Update and maintain price books within Infor and legacy systems for all brands.
  10. Maintain Master Data within Infor (ERP) and legacy systems.
  11. Be a key point of contact for Key Accounts in relation to Pricing and Item setup.
  12. Work with the local marketing department to support product launches.
  13. Manage the Pack in item process for all brands.
  14. Manage warranty information setup to ensure correct requirements are maintained within ERP system.
  15. Maintain setup for Global Template Documents.
  16. Perform any other duties as required to support Master Data and Customer Experience team.

  5. Have experience of working with CRM systems.

  8. Be a strong team player with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  9. Exhibit a high level of initiative, organisation, and personal results orientation.
  10. Have strong communication and team skills.
  11. Be able to embrace change and manage fast-changing situations and priorities.
Desirable:

It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate will:

  1. Have Salesforce experience.
