Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Data Management and Configuration Engineer in Derby on a hybrid basis to manage product structures and configuration data across the lifecycle, interfacing with design and development teams. This role will focus on maintaining configuration controls and mass properties, ensuring traceability and compliance for mission-critical projects within a defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product and development structures across their lifecycle.
• Apply design intent to Rolls-Royce product structures.
• Provide guidance on change management and approve change packages.
• Analyze component masses and integrate into assemblies.
• Define interface standards with customers and suppliers for data exchange.
