Site Name: UK - Hertfordshire - Ware

The Launch and Data function sits within the GSK Ware Manufacturing site's Logistics Management team. The team is responsible for providing the site with accurate and timely data to facilitate new product launches and to ensure that all aspects of the manufacture of products are performed in a controlled manner and meet commitments to international regulatory bodies, as well as the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice.

Reporting into the Data Manager (for the Launch and Data team), the Data Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing artwork creation and change processes. This includes:

  1. Ensuring all data set-up and changes are managed and completed accurately and on time.
  2. Performing Systems Data Maintenance for New Production Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply for all material types (for SAP, Harmony).
  3. Helping to analyze data processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  4. Contributing (and leading where requested) to deviation investigations and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data creation, launches, and artwork changes.
  • Execute data changes according to planned and approved dates.
  • Serve as a direct service provider to RSC, OSD, NPI, and other internal customers.
  • Ensure no quality impact, cost, or time loss occurs due to data inaccuracies or lack.
  • Maintain compliance with department and site procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Adhere to EHS guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times.
  • Engage positively with customers and stakeholders to meet their expectations.

About You:

This role is suitable for a motivated individual with experience in a team-administration role, ideally with some knowledge of data management. Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility, communication, planning, organizational, and writing skills are essential.

About Ware Manufacturing Site:

The site is co-located with R&D colleagues and features a state-of-the-art oral solid dose facility. Our team collaborates using the latest technologies to rapidly transfer knowledge and deliver medicines efficiently. We produce over 60 million respiratory inhalers annually, with active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) processing for on-site and network use.
