Job description

Job title – Data Cleanse and Systems Administrator
Location – Lyndhurst, SO43 (Hybrid – Office presence required for training and key project meetings)
Contract – Temporary for 3-6 months
Hours – Full time 35 hours per week,
Start Date: ASAP

Our Client is embarking on two large-scale Housing IT projects, and to support this transformation, we are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Systems Administrator to help us prepare our housing data and systems for the future.
This role is vital in ensuring our data is clean, structured, and ready for system migration. You will work closely with colleagues across Housing Maintenance, the wider Housing service, and key project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform system administration and data cleansing tasks to prepare for major system replacement projects.
  • Support the maintenance and development of housing-related systems including Locata, Uniclass, DRS, Keystone, and SharePoint.
  • Liaise with internal teams to organise files, update records, and action system requests.
  • Provide first-line support for users and escalate technical issues when required.
  • Learn new systems quickly and apply analytical thinking to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the success of the Data Housing Project and Maintenance System Replacement Project.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with data-heavy systems in a housing, property, or public sector environment.
  • Confident using and supporting platforms like Locata, Uniclass, DRS, Keystone, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A problem-solver with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Working Style
  • Hybrid working with an approximate 50/50 split between home and office.
  • Some flexibility required for training and in-person project collaboration sessions.
