Job summary

Fractile is seeking an engineer to analyze large semiconductor datasets, identify trends and sources of variation, and deliver clear technical insights to engineering teams and manufacturing partners.

You will work across NPI, Yield Engineering and Product Quality, turning analysis into actionable conclusions and reusable workflows. The role requires strong data skills and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor data analysis across NPI to high‑volume production.
• Proficiency in identifying yield loss mechanisms and root causes.
• Strong knowledge of process variation data and defect reduction.
• Experience applying statistical methods including SPC, Cp/Cpk, distributions and trend analysis.
• Ability to create dashboards and repeatable analytical workflows for engineering investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large semiconductor datasets to identify trends and variation.
• Provide clear technical insights to engineering teams and manufacturing partners.
• Develop automated analyses, dashboards and standardized reporting workflows.
• Support NPI through to high‑volume production with data‑driven decisions.
• Travel worldwide as needed.
