NRL Recruitment seeks an experienced Construction Logistics Manager for a major Data Centre project in Middlesbrough. This site-based role requires hands-on delivery planning and safe, efficient movement of materials and vehicles.

The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, a valid CSCS Card, and 5+ years of site logistics experience. The role supports traffic management, deliveries, and collaboration with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is required.
• 5+ years' experience in construction site logistics.
• Previous role as Logistics Manager or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of traffic management and delivery coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital record systems.
• Excellent communication and proactive Health & Safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site logistics operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
• Coordinate and monitor all deliveries, vehicle movements, and traffic management.
• Implement and maintain safe pedestrian routes and segregation measures.
• Oversee site access, gate operations, and logistics staffing.
• Plan and enforce delivery schedules, booking systems, and movement permits.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team to resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain records of deliveries, permits, and logistics documentation.
• Conduct logistics briefings and support emergency planning efforts.
