Qualifications
Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3+, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems.
Comfortable working within a structured shift rota.
Responsibilities
Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systems.
Carry out monitoring, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Respond to alarms and critical incidents promptly.
