A leading resource management firm in Woking is seeking a Shift Engineer to handle maintenance and diagnostics in a high-tech environment. The role involves performing preventive maintenance and responding to critical incidents to ensure system reliability. Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3+, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems.
• Comfortable working within a structured shift rota.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E building services systems.
• Carry out monitoring, fault-finding, and diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Respond to alarms and critical incidents promptly.
