Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor for its Cardiff office to work on data centre and technology infrastructure projects. You will advise high-profile clients on complex property matters and gain exposure to leading-edge developments.

The role focuses on acquisitions, disposals, development work and related real estate duties, with opportunities to collaborate with planning, construction and energy teams. 2+ years' PQE is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals and development work.
• Interest in data centres or energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Advise on land acquisitions and disposals for data centre developments.
• Prepare development agreements, options and conditional contracts.
• Handle site assembly, due diligence and title issues.
• Draft leases, easements, wayleaves and infrastructure arrangements.
• Collaborate with planning, construction, energy and corporate teams.
