Leading US Law Firm (via SSQ Recruitment) in London seeks a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 2–6 years PQE and strong CRE experience gained at a leading City, international, or US firm. Australian and New Zealand-qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

The role concentrates on high-value real estate transactions, with a notable emphasis on data centre developments and related agreements. Based in London, the team handles acquisitions, disposals and complex development projects.

Competenze

• 2–6 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
• Strong CRE experience at a leading City, international, or US firm.
• Australian and New Zealand-qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.

Mansioni

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of significant real estate assets.
• Handle development projects and complex development arrangements.
• Manage investment transactions and portfolio matters.
• Focus on data centre developments and transactions.
• Draft and negotiate sale/purchase agreements, development agreements, leases and other property documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and transactions from instruction to completion.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance and projects teams on multi-disciplinary deals.
