Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd. seeks a QA/QC CSA Engineer to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major project in Blyth, Northumberland.

You will implement QA/QC procedures, manage ITPs and conduct inspections to ensure the highest standards of quality for civil, structural and architectural works. Responsibilities include handling non-conformances, supporting audits and reviewing subcontractor quality documentation.

Qualifications

• QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, inspections and quality documentation.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Valid CSCS card or equivalent site safety training.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures for civil, structural and architectural works
• Prepare and manage inspection and test plans (ITPs)
• Carry out inspections, audits and witness testing
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and close-out
• Review subcontractor quality documentation and turnover packages
• Maintain accurate quality records and reporting
