Job summary

Colt Data Centre Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver allocated construction projects in West London, ensuring scope, programme, and budget targets are met with 100% customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of internal and external Project Managers within the DCS Delivery Team and oversee live infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects, ideally in data centres or major infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety best practice.
• Solid understanding of CSA, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Experience delivering projects under Design & Build contract strategies.
• Strong understanding of technical, procedural, contractual, and commercial aspects of project delivery.
• Capable of managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
