Job summary

TGS International Group in London is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of structured cabling, network infrastructure and data centre projects. You will develop and maintain detailed programmes, coordinate resources, and work with project management, design and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• Experience in planning for construction, data centre, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning and programme management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes for data cabling and infrastructure installations.
• Define scope, timelines and resource requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, labour, materials and activities against programmes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and support mitigation plans.
• Coordinate procurement and material call-off schedules to support milestones.
• Attend project kick-offs, site visits and planning meetings.
• Interpret drawings and project documentation.
• Maintain planning documentation and reports, ensuring alignment with health & safety and contractual requirements.
