Job summary

Zenith Associates Limited in London is expanding its Data Centre team and seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead major London-based Data Centre projects from inception to handover. The role offers client-facing exposure and opportunities to take on greater responsibility within a fast-growing consultancy.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of relevant experience in Data Centre or mission-critical environments, with a solid understanding of construction delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• A construction or project management qualification is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a Data Centre or mission-critical setting.
• Experience in a consultancy, client/developer or contractor environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of data centre projects across London.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse construction programmes and reports for clients.
• Monitor progress, risks and key deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend and lead client meetings and present project updates.
• Support the wider project management team throughout the lifecycle.
