Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Director to lead the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project across Europe. You will be the on-site leader across CSA and MEP, driving fast-track programme performance from design through handover.

The role requires proven experience delivering data centres or other mission-critical facilities, with strong management of complex packages and client relationships. Immediate start available with an attractive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering a full lifecycle data centre, warehouse, logistics, or mission-critical project from start to finish
• Strong background operating as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Experience managing complex CSA and MEP packages simultaneously

• Leading full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project
• On-site lead across CSA, MEP, programme, commercial and client management
• Drive programme performance and tight construction timelines
• Oversee all phases from design coordination to handover
