The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale industrial projects, with strong on-site leadership across multiple disciplines and a drive to optimize programme performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Germany
• Taking full responsibility as the number one on site across CSA, MEP, programme, commercial, and client management
• Driving programme performance and managing aggressive construction timelines in a fast-track environment
• Overseeing all phases from early-stage design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
