Job summary

Sudlows is seeking an experienced Mechanical Pipefitter to join our delivery team, supporting installation of mechanical building services within data centre and critical infrastructure projects across the UK.

The role involves installation, testing and commissioning support for pipework systems, with travel to sites and collaboration with project teams to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical pipefitting experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with pipework systems: chilled water, heating, cooling and related fittings.
• Strong adherence to health & safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify mechanical pipework systems for data centres and critical infra environments.
• Read drawings and install pipework per specs and industry standards.
• Support testing, commissioning and documentation of installations.
• Collaborate with site management and other subcontractors to maintain schedule.
