Job summary

Ten11 is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a data centre environment, supporting 24/7 operations and ensuring uptime across critical electrical and mechanical systems.

The role involves PPM and reactive maintenance on UPS, generators, HVAC, HV/LV, cooling and BMS, with emphasis on reliability and safety. You will monitor plant and respond to alarms, perform fault finding, and support incident and change management.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required (apprenticeship / C&G or equivalent).
• Experience in building services or critical environments.
• Exposure to UPS, generators, HVAC, HV/LV or BMS systems.
• Willingness to work continental shift pattern.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• PPM & reactive maintenance on critical systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, HV/LV, cooling, BMS).
• Monitoring plant and responding to alarms/incidents.
• Fault finding and supporting incident & change management.
• Issuing permits to work and supporting safe systems (RAMS).
• Working closely with contractors and site teams.
