Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-profile project in the UK. You will lead on-site electrical works, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule targets, and work closely with project managers and clients.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervision experience, solid health and safety knowledge, and hands-on electrical and mechanical system skills. An EU passport is required; travel and relocation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Comfortable using relevant software and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to keep projects running smoothly.
• Safely manage works in live environments while keeping client systems operational.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and follow company policies.
