Job summary

Stallion Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Shift Engineer (Electrical) for a state‑of‑the‑art data centre in West London, with sites at North Acton or Hayes. The role covers continental days and nights, with a strong focus on reliability of UPS, generators and switchgear in a critical environment.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, manage permits-to-work, supervise subcontractors, and drive improvements to maximise uptime across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Engineer or Data Centre Engineer with critical environments.
• Experience maintaining UPS, generators, switchgear and electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on critical building services.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies within the data centre.
