A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer for a 6-month assignment in England. The role involves assisting with the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for a major data centre project. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with 0–5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and digital construction tools is a plus. This position is site-based, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar background.
0–5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
Familiarity with QA/QC walkdowns and ITP processes.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience with digital construction tools needed.
Responsibilities
Assisting with electrical installation and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with Quality team for Red Tag, Yellow Tag walkdowns.
Reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Tracking daily progress and coordinating with site teams.
Carrying out site inspections and supporting QA/QC walkdowns.
Managing technical paperwork including RFIs and ITPs.
Supporting FATs, SATs and initial energisation phases.
