Job summary

Naughton Contracts Limited is recruiting a Contracts Manager to lead the Cambois data centre project. The role is site-based in Cambois, Northumberland, with travel as required, and focuses on safe, on-schedule delivery and budget adherence.

You will coordinate commercial, estimating, and site teams, liaise with the client, and ensure high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is required.
• CSCS Black (Manager) card required.
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of the project from handover to practical completion.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversee programme, budgets, and cost control to protect margins.
• Attend progress meetings and report on programme, cost, and quality to senior management and client.
