What You'll Do

Our Data Centre Design and Construction team is responsible for leading the expansion of CoreWeave's global footprint, managing the full lifecycle of mission-critical facility builds from pre-construction planning through commissioning and turnover. This team ensures our data centres are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence to support our high-performance cloud infrastructure.

About the role

As the Data Center Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary owner's representative, leading the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple data centre construction projects. In this full-time on-site role, you will administer contracts with developers and general contractors, maintaining rigorous oversight of drawings, specifications, change management, and statutory planning approvals. Your primary focus will involve supervising the installation, coordination, commissioning, and quality assurance of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure. Additionally, you will drive project schedules, manage multi-million pound budgets, and partner cross-functionally with supply chain, design, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless project turnover.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience with direct leadership on data centre construction projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, with an emphasis on MEP systems, power distribution, cooling, and redundancy protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction contracts, financial forecasting, budget development, change management, and cost estimation.
  • Proven track record of on‑site project leadership, coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, statutory bodies, and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-construction services, risk management, scheduling tools, and web-based project management software.
  • Ability to work on‑site full‑time and possess a valid driver's licence.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience managing large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects with contract values exceeding £80M ($100M+).
  • Recognized industry certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED certification.
Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diversified experiences to our teams—even if you do not match 100% of the listed criteria.

  • You love to: Manage the full lifecycle of complex technical projects and drive on‑site construction execution.
  • You're curious about: The intricacies of data centre infrastructure, next‑generation MEP systems, and scaling critical facility operations.
  • You're an expert in: Construction contract management, financial forecasting, and managing general contractors.
