Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist for data centre and mission critical projects in London. You will contribute to delivering complex schemes across multiple RIBA stages, producing detailed technical information, coordinating consultants and stakeholders, and supporting project delivery from concept through to completion.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
• Around 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience working on Data Centre and/or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in the delivery of mission critical projects across multiple RIBA stages, producing high-quality technical information, coordinating consultants and stakeholders, and supporting the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
